Privacy Policy

This page explains how the public iMoSaT website and the optional launch-news mailing list handle personal information.

Review draft · 19 October 2026

Review note — not ready for publication

The current website source does not state Donna's full legal sole-trader name or correspondence address, and it does not record the agreed Brevo retention/deletion period. Those facts must be confirmed and added before this policy is published; they have not been guessed here.

Who is responsible for your information

iMoSaT is run by Donna as a sole-trader business. For privacy questions or requests, email donna@imosat.co.uk.

When you visit this website

The website is hosted and protected through Cloudflare services and includes the existing Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon. Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to deliver, secure and understand use of the website, such as network, browser, device and page request details.

The public website does not currently create an iMoSaT account, take a payment or store a separate subscriber database.

Launch-news emails

The launch-news list is optional and free. If you choose to sign up, the hosted Brevo form asks for your email address and an active, unticked consent choice. Brevo records the subscription and consent information needed to manage the list and send iMoSaT launch news.

The lawful basis for these emails is your consent. Double opt-in means you must confirm the address using the validation link Brevo emails to you before the subscription is completed. Visiting the iMoSaT confirmation page by itself does not add you to the list or change your subscription.

You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting Donna. You will then be removed from active launch-news mailings. The exact retention and deletion period still needs to be confirmed in the review note above.

Brevo and Cloudflare Turnstile

Brevo hosts the form, manages the mailing list and sends the emails on iMoSaT's behalf. Its form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated signups. Turnstile processes the technical signals needed for that security check; it does not receive the content typed into the email field from iMoSaT.

Read Brevo's Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Children's information

The launch-news form is for parents and carers. It asks only for an adult's email address and does not ask for a child's name, diagnosis or other information about a child. Please do not enter children's personal information into the form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what personal information iMoSaT holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern by emailing Donna. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office through ico.org.uk.

Child-led support for communication, learning and preparation, in the child's own space and time.
